Description職位描述：
?Responsible for the overall architectural design of industrial buildings throughout proposal to IFC stage, in accordance with project requirements, client specifications and relevant domestic & international buildings codes; 
負責根據(jù)項目需求、業(yè)主要求以及國內外建筑標準完成工業(yè)建筑從方案設計到施工圖設計的全過程建筑設計工作；
?Lead the architectural team to complete concept design, preliminary design, detail design and IFC, review design drawing and solve the key technical issues during the design process;
帶領建筑團隊完成概念設計、初步設計、詳細設計和施工圖設計，審核設計圖紙和解決設計過程中的關鍵技術問題；
?Leading and coordinating discipline interface;
主導和協(xié)調項目專業(yè)間界面提交及工作界面劃分等； 
?System shop drawing review & approval, technical submittal review & approval;
項目技術圖紙審核和批準、技術參數(shù)和樣本審核和批準等工作； 
?Project site construction schedule, quality and safety coordination;
協(xié)調項目施工、調試、進度、質量和安全工作；
?Participate in the preparation of technical proposals for project bidding, provide professional technical support, and assist the business team in project negotiation;
參與項目招投標技術方案編制，提供專業(yè)技術支持，協(xié)助商務團隊完成項目洽談；

Requirements崗位要求：
?Bachelor degree or above in Architectural or relevant;
建筑學或相關專業(yè)本科或以上學歷；
?Over 10 years working experiences in local design institute or engineering company for industrial architecture ;
在設計院或工程公司有超過10年工業(yè)建筑設計經驗； 
?Semiconductor and/or Pharmaceutic project reference is preferred; 
有半導體/制藥行業(yè)相關項目經驗者優(yōu)先； 
?Proficient in written and spoken technical English
英語應用能力強；
?Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit with proven BIM coordination experience for large industrial projects; familiar with SketchUp & Microsoft Office suite. 精通 AutoCAD、Revit，具備大型項目 BIM 協(xié)同統(tǒng)籌經驗；熟練使用 Office、SU 等設計工具。
?Registered Class-I Architect is preferred.
