Description職位描述：
?Responsible for overall calculation and design of ELV systems, including but not limited to structured cabling, CCTV, access control, public address, fire alarm system, BMS, FMCS, and communication, in accordance with project requirements, client specifications and relevant domestic & international standards and codes;
負責根據項目需求、業主要求及國內外相關標準，完成弱電系統（綜合布線、安防、門禁、廣播系統、火災報警系統、自控、通訊等）全階段的設計；
?Lead the team to complete concept design, preliminary design, detail design and IFC of ELV discipline, review design drawings and technical parameters, and solve key technical problems during the design stages;
帶領團隊完成弱電專業概念設計、初步設計、詳細設計和施工圖設計，審核設計圖紙與技術參數，并解決設計過程中的關鍵技術問題；
?Lead the selection of ELV equipment, and compile detailed equipment technical parameters and specifications;
主導弱電設備選型，編寫詳細的設備技術參數與規格書；
?Assist the purchasing department in equipment procurement, review suppliers\' technical data, and participate in technical clarification.
協助采購部門完成設備采購，審核供應商技術資料，參與技術澄清；

?Leading and coordinating discipline interface;
主導和協調項目專業間界面提交及工作界面劃分等；
?System shop drawing review & approve, technical submittal review & approval；
項目技術圖紙審核和批準、技術參數和樣本審核和批準等工作；
?Project site construction schedule, quality and safety coordination；
協調項目施工、調試、進度、質量和安全工作；
?Participate in preparation of technical proposals for project bidding, provide professional technical support, and assist the commercial team in project negotiation.
參與項目招投標技術方案編制，提供專業技術支持，協助商務團隊完成項目洽談。
Requirements崗位要求：
?Bachelor degree or above in electric engineering and/or automation, electronic information, and telecommunication engineering major related；
電氣工程及自動化、電子信息或者通信工程相關專業本科及以上學歷；
?Over 10 years working experiences in local design institute or engineering company；
在設計院或工程公司有超過10年以上工作經驗； 
?Semiconductor and/or Pharmaceutic project reference is preferred. 
有半導體/制藥行業相關項目經驗者優先；
?English working capability (reading & writing technical specifications and drawings) is preferred；
英文工作能力、可讀寫英文技術規范與圖紙者優先；
?Familiar with CAD software；
能熟練操作運用CAD等繪圖軟件；
?Familiar with IEC, NFPA and TIA is preferred；
熟悉IEC、NFPA和TIA等國際標準者優先；
