Job Title: Lead Mechanical Engineer

Location：Based in Shanghai, traveling/relocation to project site according project needs.

Description職位描述：
?Responsible for the overall calculation and design of mechanical systems in accordance with project requirements and client specifications and national codes, including but not limited to chilled water, hot water, cooling water, steam, natural gas, diesel, and PCW systems, etc. 
據項目需求、業主技術規范和國家相關規范要求負責項目各階段的機械系統設計計算和圖紙設計工作，包括但不限于冷凍水、熱水、冷卻水、蒸汽、天然氣、柴油和工藝循環冷卻水系統等
?Lead the team to complete the concept design, preliminary design, detailed design and IFC of mechanical systems, review design drawings, technical parameters, and solve key technical problems in the design process;
帶領團隊完成機械系統概念設計、初步設計、詳細設計和施工圖設計，審核設計圖紙和技術參數，并解決設計過程中的關鍵技術問題；
?Track cutting-edge mechanical technologies in the industry, promote technology optimization and application, and reduce project energy consumption and operation costs;
跟蹤行業前沿機械系統技術，推動技術優化與應用，降低項目能耗與運營成本；
?Leading and coordinating discipline interface;
主導和協調項目專業間界面提交及工作界面劃分等； 
?System shop drawing review & approval, technical submittal review & approval;
項目技術圖紙審核和批準、技術參數和樣本審核和批準等工作； 
?Project site construction schedule, quality and safety coordination;
協調項目施工、調試、進度、質量和安全工作；
?Participate in the preparation of technical proposals for project bidding, provide professional technical support, and assist the business team in project negotiation;
參與項目招投標技術方案編制，提供專業技術支持，協助商務團隊完成項目洽談；

Requirements崗位要求：
?Bachelor degree or above in Mechanical, Plumbing or relevant;
動力、給排水或相關專業本科或以上學歷；
?Over 10 years working experiences in local design institute or engineering company;
在設計院或工程公司有超過10年工作經驗； 
?Semiconductor and/or Pharmaceutic project reference is preferred; 
有半導體/制藥行業相關項目經驗者優先； 
?English working capability is preferred;
英文工作能力者優先；
?Familiar with CAD application;
能熟練操作運用CAD等繪圖軟件；
?Familiarity with ASHRAE standards, Carrier HAP and Trane TRACE 3D Plus software is preferred;
熟悉ASHRAE標準,HAP和TRACE軟件者優先；
