?Responsible for the overall calculation and design of HAVC systems in accordance with project requirements and client specifications and national codes, including but not limited to air-conditioning system, de-smoke systems and process exhaust systems, etc.

?Lead the team to complete the concept design, preliminary design, detail design and IFC of HVAC systems, review design drawings, technical parameters, and solve key technical problems in the design process;
帶領(lǐng)團隊完成 HVAC 系統(tǒng)概念設(shè)計、初步設(shè)計、詳細設(shè)計和施工圖設(shè)計，審核設(shè)計圖紙和技術(shù)參數(shù)，并解決設(shè)計過程中的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)問題；
?Track cutting-edge HVAC technologies in the industry, promote technology optimization and application, and reduce project energy consumption and operation costs;
跟蹤行業(yè)前沿 HVAC 技術(shù)，推動技術(shù)優(yōu)化與應(yīng)用，降低項目能耗與運營成本；
?Leading and coordinating discipline interface;
主導(dǎo)和協(xié)調(diào)項目專業(yè)間界面提交及工作界面劃分等； 
?System shop drawing review & approval, technical submittal review & approval;
項目技術(shù)圖紙審核和批準、技術(shù)參數(shù)和樣本審核和批準等工作； 
?Project site construction schedule, quality and safety coordination;
協(xié)調(diào)項目施工、調(diào)試、進度、質(zhì)量和安全工作；
?Participate in the preparation of technical proposals for project bidding, provide professional technical support, and assist the business team in project negotiation;
參與項目招投標技術(shù)方案編制，提供專業(yè)技術(shù)支持，協(xié)助商務(wù)團隊完成項目洽談；

Requirements崗位要求：
?Bachelor degree or above in Heating Ventilation & Air conditioning engineering or relevant;
供熱通風(fēng)與空調(diào)工程或相關(guān)專業(yè)本科或以上學(xué)歷；
?Over 10 years working experiences in local design institute or engineering company;
在設(shè)計院或工程公司有超過10年工作經(jīng)驗； 
?Semiconductor and/or Pharmaceutic project reference is preferred; 
有半導(dǎo)體/制藥行業(yè)相關(guān)項目經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先； 
?English working capability is preferred;
英文工作能力者優(yōu)先；
?Familiar with CAD application;
能熟練操作運用CAD等繪圖軟件；
?Familiarity with ASHRAE standards and Carrier HAP software is preferred;
熟悉ASHRAE標準和HAP軟件者優(yōu)先；
