Description職位描述：
?Responsible for the overall BIM technical management of formulate BIM execution plan and modeling standards, and comply with domestic and international BIM specification. 
負責項目全專業BIM技術統籌，制定BIM執行計劃與建模標準，適配國內外BIM規范要求。
?Lead the BIM team to complete 3D modeling of architectural, structural, MEP and process disciplines, clash detection, clearance height analysis, moving-in path proposal, and space management.
帶領BIM團隊完成建筑、結構、機電和工藝全專業三維建模、管線綜合、碰撞測試、凈高分析、搬運通道規劃和空間管理。
?Be responsible fro BIM model review and maintenance, and deliver BIM deliverables including models, clash reports, material list and visualization outputs.
負責BIM模型的審核與維護，輸出模型、碰撞報告、材料表、可視化成果等BIM交付物。
?Coordinate cross-discipline BIM collaboration, solve technical issues in modelling process, and promote BIM application throughout design and construction life-cycle.
協調各專業BIM協同工作，解決模型過程中的技術問題，推動BIM技術在設計、施工全周期應用； 
?Track cutting-edge international BIM technologies, optimize team workflow, and improve design efficiency and delivery quality.
跟蹤國際前沿BIM技術，優化團隊BIM流程，提升設計效率和交付質量； 
?Support BIM technical proposal preparation during bidding stage, and provide technical support and result demonstration.
配合項目招投標階段BIM技術方案編制，提供技術支持和成果演示。
?Be responsible for BIM skill training ans capability building of the team.
負責團隊BIM技能培訓與能力建設。

Requirements崗位要求：
?Bachelor degree or above in MEP, Civil Engineering, Architectural or relevant.
機電、土木工程、建筑活相關專業本科及以上學歷。
?Over 10 years BIM working experiences in engineering field, with full-life-cycle BIM implementation experiences of complete projects.
具備10年以上工程領域BIM工作經驗，具備完整項目全周期BIM實施經驗。
?Semiconductor and/or Pharmaceutic project reference is preferred; 
有半導體/制藥行業相關項目經驗者優先.
?English working capability for overseas project collaboration is preferred;
具備英文工作能力、可對接海外項目BIM協調者優先。
?Proficient in international mainstream BIM software including Autodesk Revit full modules, Navisworks Manage and Autodesk, etc.
能熟練掌握Revit 全專業模塊、Navisworks Manage、Autodesk等國外主流BIM軟件；
